not a holo?
I had to go back and read the description of this polish to see if it was holographic because it is so sparkly and pretty. Description says silver glitter in a jelly base, which I find surprising, because this polish is a one coater, which jellies are not, and it is so stunning, a galaxy type polish. The glitter sparkles with different shades of blue which contrast the deep, dark blue. Really nice polish to work with too, stays put and does not run. Just love it.
