really bad consistency, I just wasted a lot of money

I was utterly shocked with this polish. It's my first experience with Butter and I am certain it'll be the last. The polish was exactly as another reviewer described it: "gluey". Ridiculous. At that price? it's a crime! 123

    Pretty neutral colour

I love pale pinks for standard every-day nail polishes and this one hit the mark. It's a gorgeous, soft colour and looks really gorgeous when it's on. It goes with pretty much everything given how soft it is and has that very classic look.

Maybe I got an old bottle, but I found the formula to be pretty unpleasant. It was kind of gluey, like how polishes get after you've had them awhile. I'll likely have to use a thinner on it before use #5, but I really do love the colour. 123

    Beautiful colour, bad formula

Posted by Unknown on 27th Aug 2013

I had read the reviews on this one online so I knew what to expect. I bought it for the colour and the name (sentimental reasons) but expected a bad formula. It's very watery.. almost like you're painting your nails with strawberry milk and requires 3-4 coats. The colour itself is gorgeous - very creamy and mod and once you get past the super streaky first coat or two, it does level out and become opaque and smooth. Lighter colours like this often have tricky formulas anyway. At least the chip-free wear time is good with this one. 123
