Application Instructions: For best results first apply a base coat to clean, bare nails. Then apply 2-3 coats of colored polish (depending on its consistency and thickness). For long lasting wear finish with a top coat.

Bright Orange.
I recently bought this and I'm so glad I did. 3 coats were needed 'cause it was streaky but it dries fast. Its a bright pastel neon orange. Regular light, it looks bright. Outside and florescent light makes the nails glow and makes it look like I have a tan. I didn't need a white base coat. I love orange nail polish and this one is one of my top favorites. I definitely will buy it again.

Needs patience!
At least a three coater--but the colour is out of this world bright! This is an EXACT duplicate of Color Club Psychedelic Scene. If you are contemplating on getting both, pick only one! Both are the same in quality. It's a neon polish, so it will dry matte and benefit from a base coat of white polish and a shiny topcoat!

So much fun
The formula isn't the best, but it's workable and the color is just so much fun!!!!!

NEON
This colour suffers from a poor formula, but it's to be expected from such a bright neon! Layer over white for a bright pop of colour! SUCH an amazing shade!
