Mavala Stop
I bought this to help my 7 year old stop sucking her thumb. Although she stopped immediately for 2 days, she started up again, so we have been reapplying every morning as a reminder that it will taste bad.

WORKS MOST OF THE TIME
My husband started to bite his thumbs, all the way down to the skin beneath them. While the product has slowed him down, it hasn't stopped altogether. I would recommend it.

Immediately effective
Tried ‘Thumb’ the one that is spicy, didn’t work at all, but this stuff is so disliked that even talk of applying it again keeps finger nails out of the mouth.
