    Excellent white matte glitter

I did some research and found that it really works more as a white glitter since the blue pieces don't really get on the brush as often. That part is true and was perfect for me because I wanted a white matte glitter. If you are hoping to have a lot of blue, this is not the nail polish for you. Quality was very good even though this is from Spring 2014! No problems in the consistency.

    Elegant over dark colors.

Something New is a glitter topper with 3 sizes of matte white glitter (micro, small and medium), and large baby blue glitter. I found the blue glitters hard to get out of the bottle and right now I only have a total of 2 blue glitters on all my 10 fingers combined. So be prepared to fish for them if you don't layer this topper heavily. I put this in a thin layer over a dark chocolate brown creme and I love the look of it. It looks like white sprinkles on dark chocolate and is very elegant yet noticeable. I basically consider this a matte white glitter topper since the blue hardly comes out, which is fine by me. Make sure to wipe the brush off thoroughly when using it for the first time or else you'll get a crapload of glitter on your nail instead of a nice 'dusting'.
