Ok
The only problem I had with this too coat, is you can't put it over stamps with special polish. All it did was smear the stamp after I dried them on my nails for 30 seconds, this UV top coat is not stamp friendly

Best top coat, even without UV lamp
this is the longest wearing top coat I have come across. I use it without a UV lamp, as a regular top coat and still has great longevity. It out does Shellac or Vinylux or other brands that are supposed to have better durability.
