“Seche Base helps prevent the color staining and yellowing that often occurs after wearing dark shades of polish. For a base coat, I couldn't ask for better than Seche Base.” - A Pretty Pretty World

Seche Base is specially formulated to fill ridges in the nail plate and disguise nail imperfections as well as to give nail polish the best anchor to hold onto, giving you longer lasting polish wear. Using a base coat also prevents the nail from getting stained by highly pigmented polishes.

Application Instructions: For best results remove any oil residue on your nails before applying Seche Base, this increases the bond and long lasting wear of your polish. Then apply one coat of Seche Base and allow to dry before applying your desired polish.

This base ridge filling base coat is great! I now use only this and will continue to use only this. It smooths out the small ridges in the nails so when you put your color nail polish on, it's application is seamless. Love it!

I really like how it fills in the ridges but found it was very streaky. I ordered it in hopes its stops my nails from staining, fingers crossed.

I really like Seche base. My hands take a beaten from working in a kitchen, helps to protect my nail from so much water. Really help smooth out a nail that I injured a few months ago, as the nail grows out from that incident. Good stuff.

I've never used a base coat before, and I was used to having even the best polish eventually flake around the edges and peel off easily. Four days in and the polish I have on (China Glaze Wine Down for What?) is holding fast! I have very deep ridges on some nails, and I see a real difference with that as well, as they are not as obvious.
