    Brightest blue

Manic Panic dyes are great. They're rich and bright and true to the swatch photos provided on their website. The dye is the brightest if you leave it on to soak into your hair for an hour or two. (The dye has no bleach, so it won't damage your hair, no matter how long it's left on) Because the dye has no bleach, it is semi-permanent. If you leave it on for less than 30 minutes, it'll wash out completely in a week or two. If you leave it on for a few hours, it'll wash out in a month or so. The less you wash your hair, the longer the colour will last. Applying it over blonde or bleached hair will ensure that you get the same colour seen in swatches.

The dye does stain your skin (and your bathroom counter, and your dog, and your pillow case the first night after you dye it etc) so use gloves when applying and go slowly, so it doesn't splatter anywhere.

Rockabilly blue is a bright cobalt blue. As it washes out, it fades to a purple, then a hot pink, so after a few weeks, you get a pinky-purple-blue rainbow effect. 123
