Gelish is a gel nail polish that is to be applied like regular polish but must be cured using a UV lamp. Gelish lasts much longer than your regular manicure; approximately 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. Dry time is instant, making the application process quick and easy.

See basic application instructions below or view detailed instructions here

Gelish Application Instructions

  1. Apply one thin coat of Gelish Foundation Base Gel and place hand in UV lamp for 1 min.
  2. Apply one thin coat of Gelish color polish and cure for 2 minutes.
  3. Apply a second coat of Gelish polish and cure for 2 minutes.
  4. Apply Gelish Top It Off and cure for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the sticky/tacky film left on the nail with a lint free pad soaked in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.

    Stunning colour!

Posted by Shar on 9th Dec 2014

As stated by another reviewer, this polish applies like a dream. It is creamy and not too sheer, like many gel polishes are. You can easily do 2 coats with this one, but I did three to get a super saturated colour. The colour is a deep fuchsia cherry pink/maroon. Hard to describe, but so gorgeous and unique. Much richer than in any of the photos on line. I love it! 123

    Easy to use

Posted by Wanda on 4th Jun 2014

This polish went on amazingly well and came off even better. I was pretty rough on my hands, cleaning out my basement and also quilting non-stop for 2 days. The polish lasted 9 days before I got a chip and, even then, it was a minor one. If all the Gelish polish is this good, I am 'sold'.

I just wish there more swatches on the 'net for Gelish polish and that the merchants had samples on hand. The color on the bottle rarely resembles the actual color. And you cannot tell whether it is a sheer or not. (I don;t do sheer polish. Hate, hate, hate it.) 123

    Best gel polish ever

Posted by Unknown on 8th Nov 2013

Seriously. This is the first time I've used Gelish and I am completely sold! In my opinion, it is better than Shellac and OPI. Can't believe how smoothly it came off, how the color is rich and opaque. Two coats were enough - was impressed after the first coat already!
    I HIGHLY recommend it! 123
