It works
It does glow in the dark. it need to have light to recharge and then it glow for a while. I work with light color only, no dark colors. I work better with white or neons, in clear nails is spotty even when you applied two coats. Is work just let the customer know.

It those glow in the dark but it only works with neon or bright or white. when using clear its spoty so you need at least two coats.
