Turn your glossy, shiny nail lacquer to a matte finish. This topcoat also protects your nail colours from fading and chipping.
Instruction for Use: Apply 1 or 2 coats over polish.
It really is matte, and I love using it to give my nails a chalkboard look! Great on black especially, but works on anything.
However, I find it takes a long time to dry completely and is quite thick.
