Great Glitter Coat
I used this glitter on top of 2 thin coats of Blanc by Essie to go for an icey look, and it works well. There's excellent glitter coverage, not watery at all. There are no large chunks of glitter which I like. You can get away with one coat but I did two for maximum impact (I love glitter.) I've had it on for two days and no chipping (I use the Butter London nail foundation and hardware top coat to make my polish last longer.)
