Cute topper
This is a cute topper. The base is a sheer pink shimmer, with dark pink glitters and then larger iridescent glitters. It goes best over other pinks or purples. The sheer shimmer base looks a bit odd over black. You could wear it on it's own for a cute sheer glittery effect, but the glitters are not densely packed, so it looked best after 2-3 coats.
