Essie Have a Ball- So Cute!
As Essie virtually never releases neon yellow shades, as soon as i saw this, i bought it! Yes, it’s not AS neon as it appears in the photo, as long as you do a couple layers of white underneath, you’re good to go! 100% reccomend this!
