Gorgeous color, but...
This is a tricky formula. You have to load up the brush, apply very lightly and quickly. I did get it on in 2 coats, almost 3 in spots. It kind of levelled. If it weren't for Seche Vite smoothing it out and drying it faster, this would have been a fail. It is such a pretty, lemon yellow with an almost neon brightness. Very trendy for this summer.
