OPI Did You See Those Mussels
This a very pretty pale blue pearly, almost sheer polish. I would have given 5 stars but it really takes a least three coats to show itself to its best advantage and I don’t have the patience. That is my only complaint, and if you don’t mind a sheer look and you want a lovely, icy blue, definitely add this one to your collection.
