Pale Peach
On my pale skin this looks like pale peach. Formula is fine, but the color is nothing special. I think it would probably look best against tanned skin, but is not so great against my very light hands.

I never had cotton candy this color
I love Orly polishes. I've been hearing some hate on them from other nail polish junkies. The formula just seem to work with my nails. Most of my mani's will last a week with a good top coat. That being said about the brand. I love this color, but the bottle I have is absolutely not the color I see here on my screen. I've seen swathes online everything from a dusty pink to a creamy orange. My bottle is a very pretty peachy color, boarder line creamy coral. Since there seems to be such a variation in bottles, I think this may be one of those polishes best purchased in person. I'm very happy with the color I got, but others may not be so pleased.

I agree with Vee, it's not pink
"Cotton Candy" is a colour that is a bit hard to describe, but it's beautiful and soft. On my iPad Air screen, the pic of the bottle is not accurate, but the "more pictures from the web" section to the side, depict this colour perfectly. Orly's formula is amazing! One coat would work, but I did 2 coats of this, then a coat of CG "Fairy Dust" over top. Beautiful.

Not Pink!
I'm not sure how to explain it really. I don't like pink colours. I've always very much steered clear from them. But this one isn't really pink, it almost leans towards a weird soft orange and pink combination. It's a great colour to have.
