    Color not true to picture

Posted by ClassyIrishLass on 26th Apr 2017

I do not like the color of this, it is not similar to the pic. It is darker than the pic of the bottle and has an orangy cast to it, like a foundation that's too orange for you. I found one coat was more than enough for an opaque coverage, which is a plus, it's the color I have issue with. The brush I was also not a fan of. I hate I spent that much on a bottle of polish and I doubt I will ever use it again. I should have gotten the Zoya one I was debating about instead. Very disappointed.

    nice neutral yet warmish beige

I more and more discover Orly products, and I really like them. This one applies super well and is opaque in two coats. As the other review says, this colour does not necessarely stands out, but it is dark enough not to give me the look "mannequin hands" (when your nails are the exact same colour as you skin). Therefore, it looks classy and elegant. If I had to compare it to similar colours, I'd say that it is "pinkier" than the "blue-grey-ish" OPI San Tan-tonio, than the rather neutral Zoya Flynn, and than the "yellowish" OPI Going my Way or Norway. But it is similar in terms of "how dark" it is. I really like it.

Nice neutral cream beige that doesn't stand out but looks good whether you want to go casual or dressy.
