This is an amazing neon polish. Opaque in 2 coats and soo beautiful. It does dry matte though I don't think that should change your opinion about this polish. When you actually see it in person you will be surprised on how bright it is. Does not need a white base color. Absolutely amazing!!

This is my all time favourite nailpolish colour. Just as an fyi, it goes on mat, but once the top coat has been applied, it's glossy perfect!!

Pretty but not worth the money

Charisma was my first ever Zoya polish and I will admit that the colour is absolutely beautiful. However, I found the polish difficult to use. It got thick after just a couple of uses, it went on really streaky, and the matte finish was disappointing. Once you put on a top coat to shine it up, it looks nice, but it's almost a hassle to get to that point. In fact, I was so aggravated after using this polish a few times that I actually threw the bottle out. There are other brands that sell very similar colours; some for less money. I'd recommend checking those out instead.

Purple Matte Finish and A Little Streaky

I thought this would be a shiny neon purple, but it was a deeper colour than I expected. The matte finish was also unexpected. I used a shiny top coat to give it a good finish. Goes on a bit streaky too.
