A rich dark indigo with a hint of shimmer

Posted by Unknown on 30th Apr 2015

I have to say that indigo is my favorite color along with pink. I don't really get why people call it 'blurple' when there actually is a name for it - indigo. There's a subtle shimmer and it definitely shows its color - no way anyone will mistake it for black. It's beautiful by itself, but I layered over it with some pink stamping and it looks amazing! The picture above aren't really accurate. The NPC bottle picture is too blue and the pictures from the web are too purple. It's somewhere in the middle. 123

    Beautiful blurple

Perfect consistency - what I wish all CG polishes were like! Much more purple than shown in the picture above. Disagree with previous reviewer, this is really more of a shimmer polish than a duochrome... both colours are apparent in all angles and lightings, has a base of deep purple with beautiful specks of blue shimmer. Less expensive dupe to Belinda from Zoya's new Zenith collection! 123

    lovely purple-blue duochrome

Posted by Candice on 26th Apr 2013

This is a very, very pretty purple-blue duochrome. You're not going to find true photos here on the product page or even the polish blogs. It may look like it's going to be streaky, but it isn't at all. Trust me, this is a polish that you have to wear to appreciate.

It's got a good consistency, and has two-coat opacity. You could wear a single coat over a black or white polish to really amp it up and play the different sides of this. 123
