    I need to make contact with you to make sure I am using the right surface for the right task. I ordered 3 of these for stocking stuff gifts for girlfriends - the one I opened for myself - the black filing strip was partly not attached. I know I can put a dab of glue on this and I also know if I sent it back that Nail Polish Canada would stand behind this - but only a small problem. I find it does not quite give the shine that an older one of my had. One I purchased from a storefront had such a course file - that you could not smooth nails at all - far too severe of a grit.

    I will definitely reorder when this is used up. Very handy and easily fits in the hand.
