Not opaque but milky

I own a multitude of neon colours and this is no joke! Most neon polishes are sheer but this one was applies like it has a bit of white in it so it's not that ugly clearish neon. It's not 100% but it's the closest I've seen.

I was looking for a neon that would look like I highlighted my nails. This color is it! You do need to be patient however in application since it doesn't get to full opacity in two coats.

Awesome colour, application isn't the greatest

I have been looking for a true neon yellow for months, and I've finally found it with Orly's Glowstick. I love the colour so much...but it's not the greatest to apply. Three coats didn't provide full coverage. It's not super noticeable unless you're up close, but still annoying. Next time I am going to try white under it to see if that solves the problem.
